Jeho man\u017eelka tam pracuje tie\u017e, ale na inom oddelen\u00ed. Kr\u00e1tko po tom, ako sa ozn\u00e1menie za\u010dne preverova\u0165, jej ved\u00faci nazna\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee by sa mala pripravi\u0165 na zmeny a o p\u00e1r dn\u00ed jej zru\u0161ia pr\u00edstup k intern\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom. Existuje v\u0161ak mechanizmus, v\u010faka ktor\u00e9mu o\u202fpr\u00e1cu pr\u00eds\u0165 nemus\u00ed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Z\u00e1kon o ochrane oznamovate\u013eov (\u010d. 54\/2019 Z. z.) chr\u00e1ni nielen samotn\u00e9ho oznamovate\u013ea, ale aj \u010fal\u0161ie osoby, ktor\u00e9 by sa mohli sta\u0165 ter\u010dom odvety len preto, \u017ee s\u00fa s n\u00edm nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom prepojen\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Pod\u013ea z\u00e1kona <\/span>nesmie nikto hrozi\u0165 odvetn\u00fdm opatren\u00edm ani ho uplatni\u0165<\/span><\/b> vo\u010di oznamovate\u013eovi a\u202ftie\u017e vo\u010di:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> Tieto osoby maj\u00fa pr\u00e1vo na ochranu pred odvetou automaticky \u2013 to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e im nesmie da\u0165 v\u00fdpove\u010f, zni\u017eova\u0165 mzdu, preradi\u0165 ich na ni\u017e\u0161iu poz\u00edciu, meni\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 podmienky ani inak postihova\u0165. Ak by k\u202ftak\u00fdmto krokom prist\u00fapil, m\u00f4\u017ee <\/span>\u010deli\u0165 pokute<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Pripome\u0148me si najsk\u00f4r <\/span>dve z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 formy ochrany<\/span><\/b>, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu oznamovatelia vyu\u017ei\u0165.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> Prv\u00e1 z\u202fmenovan\u00fdch, prevent\u00edvna ochrana, je ur\u010den\u00e1 v\u00fdlu\u010dne pre oznamovate\u013eov. Status chr\u00e1nen\u00e9ho oznamovate\u013ea toti\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee udeli\u0165 prokur\u00e1tor alebo spr\u00e1vny org\u00e1n len osobe, ktor\u00e1 podala kvalifikovan\u00e9 ozn\u00e1menie. To je tak\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 upozor\u0148uje na z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 poru\u0161enia z\u00e1kona a inform\u00e1cie od oznamovate\u013ea m\u00f4\u017eu prispie\u0165 k odhaleniu nez\u00e1konnej \u010dinnosti alebo p\u00e1chate\u013ea, pr\u00edpadne k jeho usved\u010deniu. Preto v\u202fpraxi nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 bl\u00edzkej osobe oznamovate\u013ea tento druh ochrany udeli\u0165.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Pre bl\u00edzke osoby oznamovate\u013ea, zodpovedn\u00e9 osoby, t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed s\u202fozn\u00e1men\u00edm oznamovate\u013eovi pomohli, podnikate\u013eov a\u202fpr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby, ktor\u00e9 oznamovate\u013e ovl\u00e1da alebo v\u202fnich m\u00e1 \u00fa\u010das\u0165, je ur\u010den\u00e1 len druh\u00e1 z\u202fmenovan\u00fdch foriem ochr\u00e1n \u2013 n\u00e1sledn\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Ak patr\u00edte do spom\u00ednanej skupiny os\u00f4b a do\u0161lo vo\u010di v\u00e1m k\u202fodvetn\u00fdm opatreniam, vyu\u017eite svoje pr\u00e1vo po\u017eiada\u0165 o\u202fpozastavenie pracovnopr\u00e1vneho \u00fakonu.
