    For persons responsible:

    This course is intended for employees who, under the Whistleblower Protection Act, serve as the designated responsible person for their employer. It is also intended for employers themselves who wish to better understand the obligations imposed on them by this law.

    For employees – Onboarding training:

    This course is intended for rank-and-file employees and can also be used as part of onboarding training. Its goal is to explain to employees how to report illegal activities they encounter in their work and, at the same time, to inform them about the protections guaranteed to whistleblowers by the state under the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers. 

    For external bodies designated to receive reports:

    This course is intended for employees of administrative authorities or prosecutorial authorities who are responsible for receiving and investigating reports of illegal activities pursuant to Section 2(g) of Act No. 54/2019 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
